Our last open house was on a Sunday. This one is on a Saturday, for anyone whose Sundays are already spoken for. Same idea, same two-hour window: no appointment, three finished homes, and you're back on the road by lunchtime.
We're opening units 36, 37, and 38 Crestwood Circle on Saturday, October 3 from 10:30am to 12:30pm. If you've been meaning to come see Trailside Estates and haven't found the time, this is the one to put on the calendar.
Why October Is a Good Time to Look
Most people who buy a 55+ home aren't in a rush. They're deciding whether this is the winter they stop shoveling, stop cleaning gutters, and stop paying somebody to mow. October is when that question gets real. The house you're in now is about to ask you for another season of upkeep, and the homes at Trailside are finished, staged, and move-in ready today.
That doesn't mean you have to decide anything on Saturday. It means Saturday is a good time to see the difference for yourself, standing in the rooms instead of reading about them.
Three Things to Check on Saturday
- Who takes care of the outside. The $500 monthly HOA covers snow removal, landscaping, exterior and road maintenance, sewer, trash, master insurance, and reserve contributions. Property taxes are separate. Stand in the driveway and picture the first storm of the year, because that one is not your problem here.
- The systems, not just the finishes. These are new-construction homes, so the furnace, roof, windows, and insulation are all new. Our construction specifications page lays out the details. Ask the agent on site to walk you through the heating and cooling.
- Coming in from the garage. Walk in through the attached two-car garage the way you would with groceries on a cold night: an interior entry, no outside steps, no ice.
Living on the First Floor
These are two-story homes designed so an ordinary day never requires the stairs. The primary suite with its own bath and the laundry are both on the first floor, along with the open kitchen, dining, and living space. Upstairs, the loft, guest bedroom, and flex room are there for when family and friends come to stay. Below it all is a full unfinished basement, room to grow into if you ever need it.

Take a Walk Before You Leave
Trailside Estates sits on 38 wooded acres off Snipatuit Road, with walking trails through the woods, a finished clubhouse, and a pool. A cool October morning is a comfortable time to see it all. Give yourself ten minutes outside after the homes, and ask the agents where the trailheads are.

Directions: I-495 South to Exit 3, Route 28 South. Right on Spruce Street (which becomes North Avenue). Left on Snipatuit Road for 0.2 miles to Crestwood Circle. Follow the signs to the open homes and park nearby — the three units are a short walk from one another.
