A boutique brokerage rooted in Providence, serving buyers and sellers across Rhode Island and Massachusetts with quiet expertise and modern marketing.
A boutique brokerage built on local knowledge.
Realty Quarters is an independent, attorney-led real estate brokerage based in downtown Providence. We serve buyers and sellers across Rhode Island and Massachusetts — from the Ocean State’s coastal villages to the South Shore commuter towns just over the Massachusetts line.
Our agents are dual-licensed, lifelong residents of the markets they sell in. Every transaction is reviewed by in-house legal counsel before signing. Whether you’re buying your first home in Cranston, listing in Warwick, or relocating across the state border, you’re working with a team that knows the territory and the paperwork.

Common questions.
Does Realty Quarters work in both Rhode Island and Massachusetts?
Yes. Our agents hold active licenses in both states, and we routinely handle cross-border transactions for clients moving from Boston-area suburbs into Rhode Island or from Providence into the South Shore. Our in-house attorney coordinates closings under whichever state’s law applies to your deal.
What towns do you cover most actively?
Our primary markets are Providence, Cranston, Warwick, East Providence, and Pawtucket in Rhode Island, plus the Massachusetts border communities of Attleboro, Seekonk, Rehoboth, Swansea, and Rochester (where we represent Trailside Estates). We sell across all of southern New England, but those towns make up the bulk of our volume.
Why does it matter that the brokerage is attorney-led?
Real estate contracts are legal documents. Having a licensed attorney on the team means every offer, counter-offer, and closing document is reviewed before you sign. For buyers, that protects you from contract language that quietly favors the seller. For sellers, it means cleaner deals that close on time.
Can I search MLS listings directly on your site?
Yes. Our search page embeds the official StateWide MLS feed used by agents, with live listings across Rhode Island, Massachusetts, and Connecticut. You can filter by town, ZIP, price, beds, and property type. The data is the same data we use internally.
I’m thinking about moving from Massachusetts to Rhode Island. Where do I start?
Start with our Massachusetts-to-Rhode Island relocation guide. It covers tax differences, school comparisons, commute times to Boston and Providence, and how the transaction process differs between the two states. Then reach out — we’ll match you with the agent whose market you’re moving into.
Do you list commercial properties?
Yes. Teddy Newcomer, Jr. leads our commercial practice with 30+ years of experience negotiating commercial leases, building purchases, and multi-location portfolios across Rhode Island and Massachusetts. Visit our commercial real estate page to learn more.
